A man with a dreamy expression on his face transforms into Don Quixote and Sancho Panza in the Spanish countryside. Behind them is a windmill Quichote likes to fight. If you look carefully at the background, you'll see lots of other faces too.

A funny animation of a girl in front of a round mirror. When blurred, this scene looks like a face.

A somewhat mysterious picture of a bearded man (Dali himself ?) and, on closer sight, a scene with a woman. Dali's moustache is her arm, his eye is her head and his beard is her skirt.

When you look at the painting that Da Vinci is creating, you see that it is very similar to the artist himself. At first sight you might think he is painting a self-portrait. But it's a man on a mule (Leonardo himself on a trip through the Alps in 1516).

This picture shows the father, the mother and the daughter. They all share the same hat. The father is looking to the front right, he has a big nose and a moustache. The mother is looking to the front left and is wearing the moustache as a scarf. Her left eye is the fathers right eye. The daughter is looking to the back left. The eye of the father is her ear.

You will often encounter this picture on the internet; few people know who made it. In the portrait of the general you can find his family. There are nine faces in this picture !

The full title is "Gala Contemplating the Mediterranean Sea Which at Twenty Meters Becomes the Portrait of Abraham Lincoln". And that's exactly what's happing here. Take a look at the picture, get out of your chair and take some distance, then look again. You'll see Lincoln ! There are several versions of this picture, sometimes also called "Lincoln in Dalivision".

Not only is this a portrait of St. George, when you look at his face you can see the scene where he is fighting the dragon. Nice to know : the picture is recursive. The face of St. George on his horse is again a picture of the fight.

On closer inspection the face of the woman is three people in front of the illuminated wall of a house. Her chin and nose is a woman in a white dress, on the left and the right of her are two men. Her eyebrows are formed by their hats.

At first it seems the woman is hanging her laundry naked. But you can see in the reflection of the window that she's dressed. And when you look closer, the towel actually just has a dolphin print on it.

One of the most famous double images : the face of an Indian looking to the left, and an Eskimo looking to the right (facing away). This is also called the Wilson figure.

A nice ambiguous transformation. At the top you can see a nomad carrying a bag of food to a cow. The scene changes to the face of an elderly man in only three steps !

The image of a clown made out of naked women. The artist has this caption for it : "Between the clown and his magic is the dream. An escape to relax, to forget the stress". Tough choice, would you choose a dozen nude women to relax, or a clown ?
