The rating of sites depends on several factors. If a site has lots of information, a nice interface, regular updates and so on, it will receive a lot of stars. On the other hand, if a site covers a very specific topic it will receive less stars. If a site has a rating of 1 star is does not means it's bad, but it generally covers a very specific subject. Plain bad sites are not mentioned in this list. The meaning of the stars is :
