You may have to stare at it longer than 20 seconds. Stare at it until it not longer looks like 2 different moving things. Stare at it until it looks like one large spinning swirl. Then look at someone's face or the back of your hand. This illusion worked very well for me.

I looked at it until it was like one moving swirl then looked at the back of my hand... (and it looked like it was stretching or growing) haha..
