First look carefully at these two versions of Mona Lisa. Then click on the picture to turn it upside down. Are you surprised ? Most people can't interprete facial expressions when the face is turned upside down. This is also called the Thatcher illusions because this was first demonstrated with a photo from Margaret Thatcher.
